Feeling stuck somewhere you didn't expect to be?
- • Feeling stuck during a career transition
- • Struggling with burnout or anxiety
- • Overwhelmed by too many competing thoughts
- • Simply looking for more direction in life
I partner with clients to find clarity and design the life they actually want, while becoming a sharper thinker, a better listener, and someone who asks more powerful questions.
The person behind the practice
Sharon was born and raised in Hong Kong. At 18, she moved to the U.S. alone for college, with no family nearby, building a new life from scratch at the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Communications and Consumer Psychology. After graduating, she stayed in New York City on her own, chasing the life she'd pictured for herself: a career in tech and finance in one of the most competitive cities in the world.
That path came with real struggle. Self-doubt, burnout, and constantly second-guessing her own choices, often without anyone close by to talk it through with. Her career took her through marketing and PR internships, sales at Salesforce, and eventually product management at Mastercard, where she grew steadily over several years across regional and global teams.
The turning point came when a friend told her, almost in passing, that she'd make a good coach. That comment led Sharon to work with a coach herself, and for the first time, she experienced firsthand what coaching actually does. It reframed something for her: the most powerful thing isn't being told what to do or what to think. It's arriving at your own answers. Her coach never made a single decision for her. She asked the right questions and let Sharon find her own way through, and that experience is what led Sharon to the Co-Active Training Institute, where she completed 104 hours of training to become a certified Co-Active coach herself.
For Sharon, coaching isn't about having all the answers. It's a partnership: one that helps clients find clarity and design the life they actually want, the same way it was done for her.

How we'll work together
We start with where you actually are
Not the version of your life you think you should present. Sessions start with an honest read of the present: what's working, what's costing you, what you've been avoiding saying out loud.
Clarity before action
Most people don't need more options. They need to know which direction is actually theirs, so we narrow before we plan, so the steps you take are steps you'll keep taking.
Built to hold you to it
Insight fades without follow-through. Between sessions you'll have concrete commitments, not vague intentions, and space to be honest about what actually happened.
Is this for you?
This might be you if:
- + You're at a career crossroads and tired of circling the same decision alone
- + You're burnt out or overwhelmed and know something has to change, but not what
- + You're navigating a big life transition far from family or a familiar support system
- + You want a thinking partner, not someone to hand you a script to follow
This probably isn't the fit if:
- - You're looking for clinical mental health treatment or are in crisis (a licensed therapist is the right call)
- - You want someone to tell you exactly what to do and decide for you
- - You're not ready to actually try things between sessions
Getting started
Coaching works through repetition, not a single conversation. Real clarity tends to take a few sessions to actually land and hold, which is why three sessions over three months is the minimum, not just a package size.
Only a few slots open at a time to keep the work focused. Reach out below for details and availability.

We get specific about what you actually want out of the next three months, and start on the real work, not small talk.
The ongoing partnership
Three sessions, spaced out over three months, because real change needs time to actually take. You leave with clarity, and a plan you actually built yourself.
